What do we do?

Organise weekly/fortnightly befriending for people living alone or in sheltered accomodation.

Organise visits on the first Sunday of every month to a number of different old age homes.

a) Do you have a spare hour or two during the week to visit an elderly or young physically/mentally disabled person?

b) Can you commit to joining one of the groups who visit an old age home once a month?
